Calling all sports fans! Eventfinda Stadium, originally known as the North Shore Events Centre, is the North Shore’s port of call for riveting match days for basketball, boxing, netball, badminton and more. Located in Wairau Valley, this indoor arena has been a popular place for expos, community events, rock concerts and live matches since its inauguration in 1992.  

Eventfinda Stadium enjoys a Goldilocks-like atmosphere – with more than 4000 seats, it’s just the right size for a great night out. Perhaps best known for its spirited fight nights, the stadium even played host to the iconic 2014 match between Kali Meehan and Shane Cameron for the WBA Pan African Heavyweight Title. Live music is also on the menu, with past performances at the stadium including Bob Dylan, Sting, Macy Gray and Green Day.

It takes 15-25 minutes by car to get from the city centre to Eventfinda Stadium. Several direct bus routes operate between The Civic and bus stations within walking distance of the stadium.

For its big-ticket gigs and fights, there may be pre-book car parks and shuttle options available at the time of ticket purchase. Book in advance to avoid the queues.
