The man behind some of Auckland’s favourite restaurants like Baduzzi, The Grove, and most recently The Grounds, shows Sir John Kirwan what makes our dining scene world class. And he’d be the man to know, before opening the part playground, part film studio restaurant in Henderson, the celebrity chef spent time cooking in Michelin star restaurants in France and London.
