Be part of one of the largest cultural celebrations in Aotearoa and showcase the best of the South Pacific at Pasifika Festival 2027.

Each year, Pasifika Festival brings together vibrant communities, authentic cuisine, and unique cultural experiences from across the Pacific. We invite stallholders to be part of this iconic event and share their food, products, and stories with thousands of festival-goers.

Pasifika Festival is renowned for its vibrant village atmosphere, and our stallholders play an important role in bringing the celebration to life. From delicious Pacific flavours to unique arts, crafts and community experiences, every stall helps create a memorable festival for visitors.

We invite you to apply and be part of Auckland's largest celebration of Pacific cultures.

Trading hours for the 2027 festival are:

  • Saturday 13 March: 9.30am – 6.00pm

  • Sunday 14 March: 12.00pm – 6.00pm

Applications are open for the following stall categories:

  • Food

  • Hāngī/Umu/Lovo Cooking Pit

  • Non-alcoholic Beverages

  • Watermelon/Pineapple Ice-cream

  • Retail (craft, art, clothing, music and more)

  • Information

  • Information (Charitable Trust)

Applications close on Tuesday 29 September 2026.

A compulsory stallholder information meeting will be held on Tuesday 8 December 2026, with venue and timing details to be confirmed.

Pasifika Festival is an Auckland Council Event delivered by Tātaki Auckland Unlimited, the region's council-controlled cultural and events agency, in conjunction with the Pasifika Village Charitable Trust which guides the cultural integrity and community accessibility of the event.
