Festival Details


Festival Dates:


○ Saturday, 21 March: 9:00 am – 6:00 pm

○ Sunday, 22 March: 10:00 am – 4:00 pm


 Location: 

Western Springs Park, Tāmaki Makaurau Auckland


Key Dates:

1. Applications close on Sunday 26 October 2025

2. A compulsory stallholder information meeting is scheduled for Tuesday 25 November 2025. Details to be confirmed.


This meeting is designed to support stallholders in the planning stage of their stall site at Pasifika Festival. Health and safety, event requirements and other key aspects of the stallholder stream will be discussed at this meeting.


Stall Types

We are inviting applications for seven types of stalls:

• Food

• Hangi/Umu/Lovo Cooking Pit

• Non-alcoholic beverages only

• Watermelon/Pineapple Ice-cream only

• Retail (craft, art, clothing, music etc)

• Information

• Information Charitable



Pasifika Stallholder Payment Plan


We’re pleased to offer a flexible three-installment payment plan for stallholders participating in the Pasifika Festival. This plan allows you to spread your stall fee payments across three months.


This structure ensures that all fees are settled in advance of the event while providing a manageable payment schedule. If you have any questions or need further assistance, please don’t hesitate to contact us.

Payment Plan Structure

  • First Installment: Must be paid within three weeks of receiving your invoice.
  • Second Installment: Payable by 31 January 2026.
  • Final Installment: Payable by 28 February 2026.

Pasifika Festival is delivered by Tātaki Auckland Unlimited on behalf of Auckland Council, in conjunction with the Pasifika Village Charitable Trust which guides the cultural integrity and community accessibility of the event.
