Ordered the Yokocho carpaccio with hemp seed oil and olive oil, Dan Dan dry noodles and unagi Don. The carpaccio comes out with smoking dry ice which looks great but also tastes awesome - never seen this in a Japanese restaurant before. Everywhere I go, I have to try the unagi Don, because after having it in Japan, I've been chasing the perfect unagi don forever. Unfortunately, I've yet to see the authentic taste replicated. Nonetheless, quite good. Thumbs up for the Dan Dan chewy noodles too - you'll feel quite bloated after this dish. Of course, the decor needs to be complimented as there aren't many places with such nice lanterns as displayed.
