Our real rating is 4.5 We went to the Flat White cafe in Albany last weekend. The cafe, which is nestled in a commercial complex across the road from Pinehurst school, is much larger than it appears from the road. It is light, spacious and airy. The waitresses were welcoming and friendly. The menu is small but offers an interesting range of options. We had the Creamy mushrooms & chorizo, and the Beef burger and chips. The mushrooms and spicy chorizo came in a divinely creamy cheesy sauce on sourdough with a poached egg, and was absolutely delicious. The beef patty in the brioche burger was home made, large and very succulent. The beer battered fries were magnificent, perfectly crunchy on the outside and light and fluffy inside. Overall the food was very good and a reasonable price. We plan to be back to try the Big breakfast, Smashed Avocado and the Lemongrass chicken salad.
Very friendly staff. Place was very clean and a very good vibe :)
