Sunday brunch at Rosie’s is always my fav. I love the cosy spot, cheerful service and above all clean flavours. Today i explored the vege menu: 1) Tomatoes, puffed rice, avocado and pecorino- a very balanced dish with freshness from the tomatoes, nuttiness from the puffed rice and creaminess from the avo and pecorino cheese. 2) Asparagus, macadamia, ras el hanout- the asparagus was surprisingly sweet and had a good bite to it. Would have loved a bit more macadamia flavour coming through. 3) Cauliflower, Chickpea fritters, malt chèvre- my favourite of the three. Fritters were fluffy and full of flavour,
