I’d say there was a good selection of the dim sum dishes, we tried out some different and newer dishes and also got our go-to stuff. Wait time wasn’t too bad to get a table.
Great ambience and nicely decorated. The staff were very friendly and attentive. Extensive choice of Dim Sums and quite a few rare finds. Favourite of the day has to be the Red Rice Roll - 紅米腸. It was a surprise to be able to have it here as it’s rare even in HongKong/GuangZhou. This was a bit like “zaa leong” where the deep fried dough were wrapped by thin rice roll. BUT WAIT!!! There’s more to this red rice roll!! The deep fried dough were stuffed with meat! I very impressed how the chef has each layer perfectly - the rice roll were thin and smooth, the deep fried dough was crispy and the meat stuffed in has pretty good flavour. Will definitely come back for dinner and try other dishes.
