I came in last night for dinner with a very old friend (Stu was in chch) - hadn't been for ages and I my first thought was, "I'd forgotten how good the food is here". We ordered all seafood and vege because my friend doesn't eat red meat or chicken - had the green papaya salad, crispy squid, prawn noodles and scallop and crab curry. All really delicious. The service was snappy and low key friendly. We had 3 glasses of wine in total (she had to drive a long way home) and the bill came to$140 ish. The quality of the food, the flavour and the great service delivered all up. There's a lot more choices on the menu I could have happily had as well. Would really recommend Moo Chow Chow, was comfortable, nice ambience and the food was really full of flavour. I don't know why I left it so long to come back because this really is very good.
Came by for dinner to finally try this place. The items on the menu all sounded tasty so we ended up trying a few different items. Most of the items were really good, particularly the soft shell crab and the beef cheeks. Each dish had its own unique flavour and it was all really good. We also tried the duck egg custard and I wasn't a fan. The taste was alright but it had a really soft texture that I didn't like. The pearl milk tea was quite disappointing since it tasted of chai and had small pearls. The service was really good and efficient. The staff were all friendly and very helpful when trying to pick food.
Ate here with my family, the food was spectacular and the place has nice vibes the seats were comfortable and service prompt 10/10 would eat here again.??
