Along with all the other reviews, the indian lady is really kind who works there and let me taste the ice creams i wasnt sure about, she was patient and was smiling. Im in the mall about 4-5 days a week and everytime i walk past she is working and smiling at everyone. The banana ice cream is to DIE for!!! The boysenberry one is really good too. Keep up the good work with the ice cream and the lovely staff member!
Decided to check out NZ natural at Henderson mall and i must say the Indian lady behind the counter deserves a 5/5 for customer service. She was very friendly and polite. I had 2 x flavors. Rum & raisin + salted caramel. The rum and raisin tasted a bit rich and seemed to have a little chemical back taste to it which kind of put me off but other than that the ice cream was good. My partner and I even asked to taste the new "Flamingo" ice cream and that was lovely. A must try the next time I'm there. Staff : ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Price : ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Food : ⭐⭐⭐
Staff was incredibly patient when I took my young niece she takes time to choose ice cream flavour staff made us comfortable and patient. Nz natural ice cream is super delicious
