The Cove, Mission Bay

Awesome place! Venue is quite small compared to their neighbours Mamma Mia pizzeria but has a whole different atmosphere and is very cosy. Got a couple of pizzas and they were insanely good! Came super quick too, average price. Good selection of different foods from the menu, which I assume pizza is number one seller with a big selection of toppings. As well as a few burgers and salads etc. Lovely staff, only one waitress it seemed in the whole place but she did an awesome job! Definitely come again!

Found this place on Groupon advertising wood fired pizzas. Decided to check it out on a Wednesday night which also happens to be their $15 pizza night. The flavors we ordered were Canterbury lamb and apricot chicken. Service from the staff was excellent and the pizzas themselves were top notch. Definitely recommend the apricot chicken as the flavors mesh very well and the pine nuts provide a subtle richness. Great place to come after a walk along the beach :)

Purchased a Groupon and came here for dinner on a Wednesday night. Everything was exceptional right from the start. A cosy atmosphere and the staff was extremely hospitable. We ordered the apricot chicken and Canterbury pizzas both of which were generous sizes and loaded with meat. Will definately come back when I visit mission bay again. Not surprised that every table was filled when I walked past the store again an hour later.
