Cordis Mother's Day High Tea Weekend

This Mother’s Day weekend, treat the special women in your life to an elegant High Tea in the Chandelier Lounge. Indulge in the rich, comforting flavours of the season with a beautifully curated selection of sweet and savoury delights, perfectly paired with premium TWG teas.

Savour exquisite bites such as Gin-Cured Salmon on Fresh Bagels, Smoked Lamb Rump with Baked Swede, and Crab XO Tacos. On the sweeter side, enjoy Macadamia & Caramel Paris-Brest, Earl Grey & Date with Orange Mousse, and a decadent Bittersweet Chocolate & Coffee Tart, followed by a delightful Cherry & Almond Tart and warm Lemon Ginger Scones.

On Saturday, guests will be welcomed with a refreshing mimosa on arrival. For Sunday celebrations, a glass of Louis Roederer Champagne and special gift will be included, with guests joining the 4pm seating treated to an additional handcrafted cocktail to round off the experience.
