It’s become an annual ritual to host a collaborative birthday dinner. So this year we’re excited to announce that we have our friends Askal from Melbourne to help lay down a feast for our fourth birthday party.
Askal is a contemporary Filipino restaurant with a rooftop bar, Inuman in the heart of Melbourne. It’s been receiving various accolades since opening in 2023, including a one hat for the Australian good food guide. For two nights, we’ve collaborated on dishes that connect Filipino and Māori/Pasika roots.
Some notable signature drinks and dishes from Askal will be heavily featured on the menu as well.
