Be front and centre as student-created wearable art hits the runway at the Aotea Centre. In TOI, student designers get a taste for the world-renowned World of WearableArt experience and create a fantastic piece of wearable art that tells a story. Garments this year are inspired by one of five design briefs: Stories of the South Pacific, Imaginary Friends, Rewind Time, Crafted Couture and Open.
TOI is produced by RQP and Showquest, and proudly supported by the World of WearableArt, the Ministry of Education, Bernina, and The Fabric Store.
