Asian Diaspora Dialogues (ADD) returns to mark another timely moment in the ever evolving landscape of Aotearoa’s creative sector. Building on the momentum and connections forged in 2022, we're taking a breath and delving a little further to tackle the deeper questions that have emerged from our collective growth and increased visibility.
For one day, over kai and kōrero, we will present three conversational panels that unlock: Tauiwi & Indigeneity, The New 'Sustainable', and Navigating Beyond the Opportunity.
Since our first gathering, we've witnessed significant shifts in how Asian creatives are seen and heard in Aotearoa. This packed hui builds on that foundation to spark crucial dialogue about where we go from here – not just as individuals, but as a collective driving meaningful change.
This event is open to creative practitioners of ALL Asian descent - from Turkey to Japan, Eastern Russia to Indonesia, and across the spectrum of creative practices.

Aotea Centre is in Aotea Square on Queen Street, in the heart of the city centre. Te Waihorotiu Station is nearby, with frequent bus services along Queen Street and surrounding streets.
