The hour-long Hatha yoga classes we offer will include warm-up stretching, building to stronger poses, including flow balance and breath focus.
Warming down will lead into breath practice, ending with a brief relaxation or meditation. Our practice is all inclusive: beginners as well as more experienced yogis are welcome.
