Auckland Zoo Te Whare Kararehe o Tāmaki Makaurau
Summer nights have been reimagined! Te Pō Hono Zoo Lates are back from 4pm - 8pm every Saturday from 17 January - 7 March (excluding Waitangi Weekend, 7 February).
Our late nights invite you to slow down and savour the moment as you experience the Zoo in a different light.
A Saturday night like no other when you wander through the Zoo, catch a special keeper talk, enjoy a picnic and some music, and make memories with friends and whānau.
Last admissions at 7pm.

Getting there

If you’re driving the zoo is just a few minutes' drive from central Auckland. There is plenty of parking available on site. You can take a bus from central Auckland, with several routes stopping right outside the zoo. Alternatively, you can take the Western Line train to Morningside Station, which is about 30 minutes’ walk from the zoo.
