Yes we encourage the use of sustainable transport and Locky Dockys are available at the start of Stadium Road. Please ensure you bring a lock to securely fasten your bike in the designated area.

Dogs may find the noise and large crowds challenging. However, they are welcome but must be on leash.

Yes, the festival is wheelchair accessible. Accessible drop-off points are available along Great North Road.

Some Pasifika Festival stallholders will have EFTPOS available for payment. Cash-out services will be available on-site. We recommend you come prepared with cash to avoid long lines at cash points.

St John medical teams are on site both days of the festival. If you or someone in your group suffers a medical emergency at the event, please alert a volunteer or staff member who will call for assistance. The St Johns tent location is indicated on the map above.

We aim to divert 80% of festival waste from landfill , and 100% of food serve-ware at the festival is recyclable or compostable

Bags must always remain on you - there is no bag check-in available. If bags or belongings are left unattended they will be handed to lost property. 

Bags may be checked on arrival as you enter the festival.

You can refill your water bottle at the public water refill stations located around the festival site.
