Join Reha Kumar for free yoga workshops. Learn the history of this ancient Indian practice while enjoying guided flows, meditation and breathwork, open to all levels.





Timetable for Saturday 11 and Sunday 12 October 2025


12pm - 12:50pm | Yoga Āsana

Gentle pose-focused yoga class. All level-friendly. This class will focus primarily on intentional movement and breath awareness.




1:10pm - 1:45pm | Art of sitting

Guided seated meditation.




2pm - 2:50pm | Aṣṭāṅga

A dialogue on Patañjali's Eight-Limbed-Path of yoga and putting it into practice on and off the mat.




3pm - 3:45pm | Yoga Āsana

Gentle pose-focused yoga class. All level-friendly. This class will focus primarily on intentional movement and breath awareness.




4pm - 5pm | Yoga Nidra

Explanation of each of the koshas (sheaths) and the science behind the yoga of 'sleep' followed by a guided yoga nidra class.

Note: You are welcome to bring any additional layers of warmth and support like blankets, jumpers, or even pillows to this class.
