Bring a giant two-storey high puppet to life! String Symphony is a large-scale, interactive performance installation by Spare Parts Puppet Theatre that uses puppetry to explore connection, community and collaboration. Hand-woven using more than one kilometre of rope, the giant illuminated puppet is waiting to be brought to life with your help.
Work together with twelve fellow puppeteers to animate this enchanting spectacle, taking turns to pull the strings and enliven the towering handwoven creature. Think you've got what it takes to come and be a puppeteer? We'll see you in Aotea Square!
