Round 2 of the 2026 NRL season sees the One NZ Warriors take on the Canberra Raiders in a Friday night clash at Go Media Stadium in Penrose.
The stadium is easy to reach and just a 15-minute walk from Penrose Station. Tickets are available through Ticketmaster, with kids two and under free when seated on an adult’s lap, and child tickets for ages 3–15.
Warriors merchandise will be available on-site, and while the match goes ahead rain or shine, the stadium is mostly uncovered, so bring a raincoat just in case.
Get your crew together, wear your colours, and back the Warriors under the Friday night lights.

When big events are on at the stadium, the surrounding streets can become heavy with traffic. If you’re arranging to be picked up or dropped off, it’s best to identify a meeting point a few blocks away from the main entrances.

Go Media Stadium is a 10-15 minute walk from Penrose train station which is on the Onehunga and Southern Line. It’s easily accessible from the motorway and is about 15 minutes drive from the central city.
