This talented group recreated the only known woven Māori sail, a taonga currently on display at the Auckland Museum. This drop-in, interactive session will give you the chance to watch Ruth and Mandy weave, kōrero about their mahi raranga (weaving work), and gain a close-up look at their practice and the intricate process behind creating woven sails.
