Last year Mountain Boy’s Auckland show at Galatos sold out, so tickets are sure to move fast! This will be their first time headlining at The Tuning Fork and their first performance there in more than 6 years - when they opened for The Paper Kites in 2019. It is sure to be a full circle moment.
"The Nights is the second album from Mountain Boy, and a continuation of their debut The Days. Where the first record was shaped by solitude, The Nights was made in the company of close friends — a shift that’s felt throughout the music. The songs are sparer and more immediate, sounding like six people playing together in real time, with a singular voice front and centre. Quietly confident and unguarded, The Nights captures Mountain Boy at their most present and connected".
