Local tip
He tīwhiri mō te rohe
Auckland is a place where sparkling harbours meet volcanic peaks, where island escapes sit just minutes from the CBD and where every corner offers something uniquely unforgettable. Stroll boutique laneways, sip wine, taste your way through iconic waterfront eateries or take in the views from the top of a volcanic cone. Adventure is always within arm’s reach - bungy off the harbour bridge (after you've run across it!), sail across the Waitematā, wander coastal boardwalks, or lose yourself in lush native forests and wild west‑coast beaches. Your race weekend is just the beginning - Auckland is a place you’ll want to keep discovering long after the finish line.
