Ziggle, a name derived from the delightful sizzling sounds of Korean cuisine, encapsulates the vibrant essence of our story. Born from the passionate vision of childhood friends Chris and Min, Ziggle began as a humble food truck five years ago. Growing up together in Auckland, we shared a dream of introducing the delectable flavors of authentic Korean Fried Chicken to the city.

Our journey began with the opening of our flagship store on Karangahape Road, where we poured our hearts into serving ridiculously good chicken to our local community. Driven by a desire to redefine fast food, we embarked on a mission to craft a menu centered around the irresistible combination of Korean-inspired culinary delights.

Led by a team of passionate individuals and helmed by General Manager and Chef Ray, Ziggle boasts a menu curated for chicken enthusiasts. Our offerings reflect a fusion of Western influences with the bold and rich flavors of Korea.
