We’ll start off with an ice-cold Heineken for Dad, before digging into two of Esther’s iconic dishes; puff bread and taramasalata, and Kingfish crudo. Next up we have a roasted butternut pumpkin with hummus and orange chilli oil and Sean’s steak tartare. The main event is a roast beef with gravy and Yorkshire pudding, served with duck fat roast potatoes and grandma’s carrots. We’ll dial up with heat with a flaming crêpes suzette finale, flambéed right in front of his eyes for added theatrics (we’ll tell him it’s a special surprise, just for him). Dads, don your favourite flannelette and get ready to loosen a belt notch or two.
