Toi art carving Workshop: (Porotiti & Pūrerehua): Thursday, 16 July, 11am–1pm.
Join carver, artist, and cultural facilitator Calvin Devine (Ngāpuhi) for a hands-on, 2-hour whakairo (carving) workshop. Learn about traditional taonga pūoro (musical instruments) as you create your own porotiti or pūrerehua, exploring their uses, sounds, and cultural significance.
Ages 10+. Limited spaces available, Bookings required
Does not include admission to the Village.
