Pietari Inkinen is a superlative interpreter of Wagner. His Ring Cycle at Bayreuth in 2023 led to Das Opernglas declaring “he might be remembered as one of the most inspired conductors who ever undertook The Ring in Bayreuth”. Simon O’Neill is undoubtedly the Wagnerian tenor of choice the world over and regularly performs at the Metropolitan Opera, Bayreuth, Covent Garden and the Vienna State Opera.
In this programme, these extraordinary Wagner specialists combine to bring to radiant life excerpts from two of Wagner’s most heroic and magnificent operas: Parsifal and Tannhäuser.

Te Waihorotiu Station is around a 2-minute walk away, while Waitematā Station and the ferry terminal are around a 17–20 minute walk down Queen Street.
