Try Sailing at Moana Auckland Festival

Discover the thrill of sailing on Auckland’s iconic Waitematā Harbour. Departing from Hobson Wharf in the Viaduct (next to the Maritime Museum), you’ll step aboard a keelboat and be guided by an experienced skipper through essential yachting safety and the fundamentals of sailing.

Each session runs for approximately 45 minutes, with multiple time slots available across Saturday 28 February and Sunday 1 March. After returning to Hobson Wharf, chat with the RNZYS team to learn more about the sport of sailing and how you can get involved.

Bookings are strongly recommended via the website to secure your spot, though walk-ins may be accommodated on the day, subject to availability.
