Barrier Air

Barrier Air is a 100% New Zealand owned and operated airline operating scheduled passenger and freight services from our two Auckland bases (Auckland International Airport and North Shore Aerodrome) to Great Barrier Island.

Additionally, Barrier Air is the only airline offering scheduled flight services between Auckland and Kaitaia. We also offer flights to other seasonal destinations such as Tauranga, Whitianga and Whangarei, along with competitive charter services throughout New Zealand.

We operate a fleet of modern, turbine-powered aircraft with seating for 12 passengers.
