Ebisu a modern Japanese eatery set in the spacious, seductive and very smart surrounds of the historic old Union Fish Company in Auckland’s Britomart precinct. Ebisu serves up contemporary Japanese fare in a moodily dark space right on Auckland’s waterfront.

Their food is based on the traditional izakaya style of dining but “giving it a sophisticated twist”, drawing together classic Japanese and European techniques to present an outstanding mix of new-style sushi and sashimi as well as traditional Japanese dishes.
