Upon entering Karaka Sanctuary, you are immediately welcomed by a large open plan kitchen and living area. The designer kitchen is well-equipped and the lounge is spacious and very comfortably appointed, with a selection of puzzles and a wood fireplace for the cooler months. Being a 4-bedroom property, there is ample space to accommodate 8 guests, with 3 large bedrooms in the house and a very cute and comfy sleep-out down a small garden path. There is one full bathroom in the main house and the sleep-out has its own small living room, microwave, fridge, and a separate bedroom & separate bathroom. The house is equipped with a Spa Pool, WIFI, Sky TV, Nespresso coffee machine (please bring your own pods) and quality furnishings.
