Parable House opens in Eden Terrace as a café, refuge, and gathering place created by Danny Lee and Dianne Cho (formerly of Rumours Coffee). With an ethos of “shared moments, new beginnings, and stories waiting to unfold,” the space is designed to feel like someone’s home, warm, welcoming, and full of light.
Their menu features thoughtful, comforting dishes like hibiscus-poached pear with yoghurt, pillowy potato buns with egg and cheddar, grilled leeks with chilli oil, and house-made meatballs. Their brew bar rotates filter coffees from New Zealand and rare international roasters, with a spotlight on clarity and sweetness. The interior, flooded with natural light and softened by sofas and communal tables, was crafted to bridge café and sanctuary.
Parable House is open Monday–Friday, 7am–3pm and Saturday, 8am–3pm (closed Sunday Whether you're after a quiet morning brew or a leisurely brunch with friends, this stylish new spot invites you to pause, linger, and enjoy the moment.
