Greentea Peng

The South London born Greentea Peng is an artist whose work is guided by self-inquiry, shaped by the dualities she inhabits: pain and pleasure, engagement and withdrawal, expression and stillness. Her emotional literacy is transformed into a blend of neo-soul, dub and jazz, all draped in psychedelic textures.

Notable moments include her performance of "Downers" on Colors, which garnered millions of views, as well as her television debut on Later... with Jools Holland on the BBC, where she performed her breakout track "Hu Man". These milestones paved the way for her 2021 debut album, Man Made, which she described as a record designed to resonate "more in your heart space, and less in your headspace".

Now, the psychedelic R&B soulstress returns to New Zealand this November, bringing her rich catalogue of deeply personal, genre-defying music to audiences once again.
