Released late last year and produced, mixed, and mastered entirely by Valence in his State College, PA bedroom studio-meets-Pokémon shrine, the record is a masterclass in evolution and identity. It carries all the hallmarks of JVB’s signature sound - sample-rich layers, boisterous raps, booty-popping bars and EDM-infused grooves - but deeper, sharper and more thoughtful.
