El Sizzling Chorizo

We hail from Argentina, the land of the Pampas, The Pumas, Che Guevara, Evita, Maradona and Messi. But most importantly, the land of the gauchos. Where a barbeque (or asado) is not only about ‘eating meat’ but more of a cult of enjoying a nice conversation with friends, drinking a good ‘red’ to only then savour the delicious meat that has been grilled patiently over slow-burning coals. All done with the time that good things take.
